What this page covers

This page explains how to ask Iskaria to delete personal information we hold about you, including information collected through iskaria.com and through WhatsApp messaging we operate (our own, or on behalf of a client business). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.

How to request deletion

Email ibrahim@iskaria.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or message us on WhatsApp. Please include:

(1) your full name; (2) the phone number and/or email address you used with us; and (3) which of our services, or which client's WhatsApp number, you interacted with.

What we do

We will confirm receipt, verify the request, and delete the personal information we hold about you, unless we are required to retain it (see below). We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Information we may need to retain

We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as billing and accounting records or to comply with legal obligations. Where retention is required, we keep only what is necessary and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp and Meta data

If you interacted with a WhatsApp number we operate on behalf of a client business, that business may be the party responsible for your data. We will help route your request, but the client business may need to action it. You can also manage or delete your data through your own WhatsApp and Meta account settings.
