What does Iskaria do?
We get clinics patients from ads and search, and we make sure those patients are actually booked and actually turn up. That means the website, the ads, the WhatsApp and phone follow-up, appointment reminders, and reporting on what happens to every enquiry. One team runs all of it.
How is this different from a marketing agency?
Most agencies stop at clicks and form fills, and send a report. We also build the software your clinic runs on, such as a WhatsApp and Instagram inbox for your staff, call tracking, and follow-up tools. So we can see what happens after the click, and fix it.
Do you start by running ads?
No. We start with an audit of where enquiries are lost: missed calls, messages nobody answered, leads nobody followed up. We fix the biggest gaps first, then scale the ads, so the extra spend lands on a clinic that converts.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope: the number of locations, the ad budget, and which systems you need. We quote in writing after the first call, and we tell you what the fee depends on before you commit.
What results should I expect?
We will not quote numbers we cannot show you. In the audit we agree what to measure, such as cost per booked patient, how many enquiries get an answer, and how many booked patients turn up, and we report on those from the start.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. You own every system we build for you, and there is no lock-in.
Which specialties and countries do you work with?
Any clinic that depends on new patients: dental, aesthetic, orthodontic and others. We work in English and Arabic.
Who will I work with?
A small team. The two founders work directly with clinics, so you are not passed to a call centre or a junior account manager.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your ad accounts and website, your WhatsApp and Instagram, and a short conversation with whoever answers your phones. We handle the rest.
How long until I see results?
Ads need a few weeks of data before they can be judged fairly. In the audit we agree what to measure and when to review it, so you are never guessing.
Do you replace my front desk?
No. Your staff stay in charge. We give them one inbox, reminders and reporting so fewer enquiries slip through.
Do you work with competing clinics?
No. Within about 30 km we work with one clinic per specialty, so a clinic in your specialty nearby is not our client and we never run campaigns against you for someone else. A clinic in a different specialty can be.
What makes a clinic eligible to work with you?
Your clinic needs to be the only one of our clients in your specialty within about 30 km. It is first come, first served, and we check your specialty and area on the first call.
